This side dish is my absolute favorite to enjoy with neer dosa/dosae. It is wonderfully simple and bursting with flavor. With only three ingredients and no cooking required, you can prepare it in under five minutes.
Ingredients:
1 cup grated coconut
Jaggery powder to taste
a pinch of cardamom powder
Method:
Simply mix the above-mentioned ingredients in a bowl. Serve with warm neer dosae, and enjoy!
