Ingredients:
1 sweet corn
2 tsp olive oil
salt to taste
red chili powder to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
a generous drizzle of lemon
a pinch of chaat masala
chopped coriander leaves
Method:
- Cut the sweet corn ears vertically into half cobs, and then quarter each cob to make shorter ribs.
- Transfer the corn ribs into a mixing bowl.
- Into the mixing bowl, add olive oil, salt, red chili powder, and garlic powder. Toss to coat the corn with the seasonings.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375F to 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned corn ribs in a single layer into the air fryer basket. Air fry them for 9-10 minutes until they become crispy.
- Add back the roasted corn into the same bowl. Drizzle a generous amount of lemon juice over it. Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Toss everything, and serve hot, with or without a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
