Air Fryer Spicy Corn Ribs

I love this air fryer corn ribs recipe! It is mildly sweet, spicy, salty, tangy, and perfectly roasted, making it incredibly flavorful. Whether you’re preparing it for your family or for a gathering, this recipe is ideal. Plus, it can also serve as a delightful pick-me-up snack!

Ingredients:

1 sweet corn
2 tsp olive oil
salt to taste
red chili powder to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
a generous drizzle of lemon
a pinch of chaat masala
chopped coriander leaves

Method:
  1. Cut the sweet corn ears vertically into half cobs, and then quarter each cob to make shorter ribs.
  2. Transfer the corn ribs into a mixing bowl.
  3. Into the mixing bowl, add olive oil, salt, red chili powder, and garlic powder. Toss to coat the corn with the seasonings.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375F to 5 minutes.
  5. Place the seasoned corn ribs in a single layer into the air fryer basket. Air fry them for 9-10 minutes until they become crispy.
  6. Add back the roasted corn into the same bowl. Drizzle a generous amount of lemon juice over it. Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Toss everything, and serve hot, with or without a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
