Looking for a super quick and healthy dessert or snack that doesn’t involve any cooking? You’ve got to try Banana Rasayana! Also known as Baalehannu Rasayana, it’s made with ripe bananas, grated coconut, powdered jaggery, cardamom, almonds, and a bit of honey. It’s both tasty and healthy, plus it only takes about 5 minutes to whip up!
This recipe is one of my favorites when I have a craving for something sweet. I learned it from my mom, who likes to add warm milk to make it even creamier and more delicious. You can use whatever kind of milk you like—dairy or plant-based works great! Seriously, try it out; I think you’ll love it just as much as I do!
