Ingredients:

Urad Papad (2)
1 cup of chopped red onions
1 cup of chopped tomatoes
Chopped green chilies to taste
Chopped cilantro
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
A pinch of chaat masala
Lime/lemon juice

Instructions:
  1. Roast/fry or bake papad until crunchy.
  2. Sprinkle a generous amount of chopped onion, tomatoes, green chilies to taste, and cilantro over papad.
  3. Season it with salt, black pepper powder, a pinch of chaat masala and drizzle a generous amount of lime/lemon juice.
