Bored of eating beetroot your regular way? Try these air-fried beet sticks. They are sweet, mildly spicy, garlicky, well-cooked & full of flavor.
I tried it for the first time during Christmas last year, and it was an instant hit – SO yummy! They are well seasoned and quick to make in an air-fryer for a small gathering or just for yourself. Simply season beet sticks with olive oil, salt, black pepper powder, and garlic powder. Preheat your air fryer at 390F and cook them for 10 minutes at 390F, shaking the air fryer basket halfway through, and they are done. If you like them slightly crispier, then cook them for an extra 3-4 minutes. I hope you try this recipe and love it as much as we did!
