If you are looking for a quick, satisfying, and light vegan breakfast recipe, this one is perfect!

Ganji is a popular breakfast dish in Karnataka, typically made with millet flour. There are two versions of Ganji: sweet and savory. Sweet Ganji is made with milk, while the savory version includes curd or plain yogurt. This quick and filling porridge makes for a great breakfast choice, especially on busy days.

When I want something warm, light, and filling, I like to have Ganji. Check out this Multigrain Ganji recipe. It only takes 15 minutes to make and keeps me full for a long time. It’s a great meal choice, especially when I’m feeling under the weather. Some jokingly even call Ganji “patient’s food.”
