Ragi Dosa (Ragi Neer Dosa)

Ragi Dose

If you’re on the lookout for a quick and healthy breakfast that you can put together in just 10 minutes, this Instant Ragi Dosa recipe is a great choice! It’s made with finger millet, or ragi flour, which is super nutritious. You mix it with rice flour and semolina (sooji) to get the right texture. A few cumin seeds go in for flavor, along with a pinch of turmeric for that lovely color. Chopped red onions add a nice crunch, and fresh coriander seeds give it a burst of freshness.
