Red Chard and Horse Gram Stir Fry

Red Chard and Horse Gram Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 1 cup horse gram
- 1 bunch red chard
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- green chilies to taste slit
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- lime juice as per taste
Instructions
- Rinse and soak one cup of horse gram overnight. Drain and cook until tender.
- Rinse and roughly chop the red chard.
- Heat oil in a cooking pan.
- Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, then sauté green chilies to taste with the chopped chard, turmeric powder and salt until cooked.
- Add the cooked horse gram, combine, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle some lime juice on top and enjoy this healthy stir fry with your meal.
