You have to try this high-protein dish as soon as possible! It’s easy to make and so delicious that you’ll want to repeat this recipe often.
Paneer chili is primarily made with paneer, which is Indian cottage cheese, along with onions and two types of bell peppers for added crunch and fiber. The sauce mix for this recipe is simple—just combine tomato ketchup and soy sauce with black pepper and salt.
In this dish, paneer cubes are coated with corn flour, oil, black pepper, and salt, then fried until they are light brown and crispy. These tasty cubes are then sautéed with garlic, diced vegetables, and the sauce mixture, and finally topped with scallions and sesame seeds.
This delicious dish can be enjoyed on its own, but it tastes best when served alongside fried rice.
I hope you try this recipe and enjoy it as much as we did!
