Easy Paneer Bhurji | Grated Paneer Stir Fry

Paneer bhurji or scrambled paneer is a quick & yummy, semi-dry side dish made using grated paneer, sautéed in oil with spices, onions, tomatoes, and herbs. It’s a great side dish to eat whole wheat rotis/chapatis and naan with, or you can top it on your toast to make a quick meal.
Grating paneer is the only (slightly) time-consuming task here. With that ready, the recipe takes just about 10 minutes. As far as paneer or cottage cheese, you can make it fresh at home or if you can’t be bothered like me, ensure to buy good quality paneer from your nearest store and use that. If you like you can even include vegetables such as green peas, spinach, etc., besides the onion and tomatoes.
